Ingredients
8 cups broccoli florets
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved (optional)
1 small red onion, finely diced
1 cup dried cranberries
½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
8-10 slices of bacon, cooked and diced
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly
Instructions
Place all of the salad ingredients into a medium-sized bowl. Prepare the dressing by mixing the mayonnaise and Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly together until smooth. Spoon over the salad ingredients and mix well. Cover the bowl and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
